There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

With nearly two decades of law enforcement experience tucked beneath my belt, I am no stranger to the realities of life. I have come to witness both the best and worst man has to offer. Every so often one manages, by the grace of God, to stumble across a person of rare skill, integrity and disposition. After the encounters I have had with these few outstanding individuals, I have always walked away with a feeling of great satisfaction and no small amount of pride in my fellow man. Until now, I thought I’d seen the best the world had to offer. Suffice it to say that, in this instance, I was humbled by my sore underestimation of just how far a man can rise above his peers.
In early 2007, I went in search of a house. Oh, I knew the routine… shop the market, find what appealed to me, locate a real estate agent, view the houses, make my choice and close the deal. It was the standard approach to a cut-and-dry process. Or so I thought. Enter Mark Dimas.
I first spoke with Mark in late February 2007. Unlike most real estate agents with whom I have dealt, Mark presented himself as a professional who was sincerely interested in what I wanted. He spoke with me at length and made every attempt to tune into my quest for a residence. When we finally met, he epitomized the professional demeanor of a man confident in his ability to serve his client and as one who was extremely comfortable with his knowledge of real estate laws and the market itself.
As time progressed, I found myself relying heavily on his ability to network and get those answers which seemed so evasive to me. He was tactful, tactical, honest- often steering me toward decisions which greatly benefited me- to a fault, and always looking out for my best interests.
As in the world of law enforcement, the realm of real estate is dotted with agents of every shape, size and skill level. Mark Dimas knows no equal. I recommend him with the greatest confidence and challenge anyone to find an agent of his magnitude.
